The Vantage Bay neighborhood is a brand new (still under construction) community with sweeping waterfront views of the Columbia River and surrounding foothills. There is a park for children and a clubhouse with a community pool and hot tub (open for the season 2 weeks prior to Memorial Day up until 2 weeks after Labor Day). Conveniently located near I-90 and the Vantage Bridge. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street in front of the house, as well as space for an RV along the side of the house with full hookups (water, electricity, and sewer). - No pets are allowed - This property is equipped with exterior security cameras that are clearly visible and outdoors only - Due to geological factors, high winds are frequent in this part of the state, especially in the evening. This causes sand/gravel to blow and sometimes pile in the outdoor spaces. The outdoor furniture is weighted down to withstand the wind but be sure not to leave anything outside so it doesn't blow away! - This is a high desert location, where a variety of birds, deer, elk, rabbit, bighorn sheep and coyote are commonly found here. In spring and summer, lizards and snakes, such as the gopher snake and the northern pacific rattlesnake can occasionally make an appearance. There are also a variety of bugs that can be kept out of the house by keeping the doors and windows shut.
